Contrary to Homeowner’s Insurance that includes property (both the home and personal) AND liability coverage, Landlord’s (or Dwelling policies) are used to protect ONLY the building and eligible structures/property in situations where Homeowner’s policies would not. Most commonly, when the owner does not reside at the residence. So, single family homes rented to a tenant or even a home under construction but that is not yet livable. There are other situations that dwelling policies are appropriate, but these are the most common for Landlords.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
